1. Shipping:
The preparation and delivery times are 18-22 business days.
Shipping is handled by DHL, and you will receive the tracking number directly via email within 48 to 96 hours after order confirmation.
Important: During the holiday season, couriers are busy, and 20% of our packages have experienced delays, leading to dissatisfaction among some customers. Shipping may take up to 20 business days.
This is not our responsibility, but we apologize for the inconvenience.
2. Payments:
You can pay with PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, or Postepay recharge.
Add the product to the cart, proceed to checkout, fill in the shipping details, and choose your payment method.
Once completed, follow the instructions you receive via email and after checkout to finalize the order and stay updated with the help of our WhatsApp assistant.
3. Returns and Exchanges:
Returns and exchanges are possible. The customer has 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
