1. How can I pay?
By card and PayPal from the site, or if you want to purchase via Postepay Top-up or Bank Transfer click on the Instagram icon at the bottom right and write to us in chat on Instagram!
2. How long does it take for the package to be shipped and delivered?
The order is prepared in 3/4 days, then shipped and delivered in 15/18 days with.

You will receive tracking via email as soon as the shoes are ready to be shipped!
5. Haven't received the Tracking yet?
If you have not yet received your tracking number from our SDA/DHL carrier, it means that your order has not yet been shipped and is on its way to our headquarters or is being checked. As soon as it is handed over to our carrier, you will automatically receive an email containing the tracking number (tracking) and a link to follow its route.
Our order processing times are between 5 and 12 working days (excluding weekends and holidays). They may be exceeded depending on the economic situation, product availability or carrier. If necessary, do not hesitate to send us an email to Streetclothes045@gmail.com For better handling of your request, make sure that your order number is preceded by a hashtag, which you can find in the order confirmation email.
6. Can I order from Street-Clothes? Are you still open?
Of course, you can continue to order with complete peace of mind on Street-Clothes.
Our offices and logistics are operational, in full compliance with all safety regulations, therefore the goods are shipped normally and quickly.

7. Do the couriers also deliver abroad and to the islands?
Yes, we rely on DHL and SDA for shipments.
The couriers continue to work and deliver regularly throughout the national and international territory.

9. International Shipping
We deliver to Italy and worldwide via SDA Express or DHL Express. Packages are delivered to your home upon signature. Our order processing times are on average 15 to 18 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Each product ordered on Streetsneakers is purchased individually from our network of partner retailers based on the orders placed.
Your order includes several products, so:
If your delivery address is in the European Union: your products will be shipped to you individually according to their date of receipt at our premises so that you can receive them as quickly as possible.
If your delivery address is outside the European Union: your products will be shipped together in one package so that you do not have to pay customs fees multiple times.
After placing your order on our site, you will receive an email containing your order number. If the product you ordered is not in stock, we will search for it in our network of partner retailers. Once the product is found, it is transported to our premises, received, then authenticated and checked by our team. After successfully passing our check process, it is put back in its original packaging, packed in our packaging and shipped. You will then receive an email with a tracking number that will allow you to follow the delivery.
