RETURN POLICY
CARD PAYMENTS: For card payments, we offer refunds or store credit upon request. Returns for items purchased at full price are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase. Refunds will be issued in the original payment method (card payments only) and must be accompanied by the receipt and the merchandise in its original condition.
Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded
The merchandise must not be used, worn, altered, or washed, and must have all tags and accessories attached. Returns that do not meet our requirements may not be accepted.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Payments: We do not offer refunds for cash on delivery (COD) payments. For COD orders, you will receive store credit or exchanges. NOTE: Store credit is valid for 3 months from the issue date.
EXCHANGE POLICY: For orders within the United Arab Emirates, the item(s) must be returned within 7 days from the first receipt of the package, including defective products. The items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging. If you have received an item that you believe may be defective or damaged, please inform our customer service team within 48 hours. Once your item(s) are received and inspected by the quality control team, you will receive a confirmation email. We offer free pickup for the first return or exchange. From the second pickup onwards, a fee of 15 AED will apply.
For international orders, unfortunately, we do not offer free exchanges. Therefore, if you wish to exchange an item, it will be treated as a return, and you will need to place a new order for the item.
PROCESSING TIMES: We process all returns within 7 days of receiving the item(s). You will receive an email confirming your return/exchange within 48 hours of your request.

Return shipping costs within the UAE will be covered by us. For international orders, the item(s) must be returned within 14 days from the date indicated on the shipping note. Return shipping costs, customs duties, and any other fees must be paid by the customer. SALE ITEMS: We do not offer refunds for any sale items. Sale items may receive store credit for the same value as the product(s) or an exchange for the same product in a different size. You will receive an email confirming your return/exchange within 48 hours of your request.
